Banana facial masks
Bananas are full of ingredients for gentle skin: Vitamin A to fade dark spots and impurities and fine rough skin, Vitamin B to reduce back dryness, Vitamin E to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and potassium to hydrate and moisturize the skin. Thus the fruit makes a perfect natural home mask which leaves the skin looking smoother. To do this: mash a medium-sized ripe banana in a paste, then gently apply it to your face. Leave it for 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water. Or, mix a quarter cup of regular yogurt and two tablespoons of honey (a natural acne treatment) and a medium banana. Identify the simplest mask for your skin type.
